Fever The Ghost 'Crab In Honey' EP

Making waves in their brief existence for their colorful, psych-pop pastiche, LA's Fever The Ghost released their Crab In Honey EP to much adulation from critics and peers alike. 2014 saw the band share stage The Flaming Lips, Temples, Sean Lennon, Morgan Delt, among many others. Putting the finishing touches for their 2015 full-length debut (for Heavenly Recordings and Complicated Game)  - the band plots a lengthy touring schedule which includes Levitation (Austin Psych Fest), Canadian Music Week In Toronto, Southern California's Desert Daze, and a national US tour with their Heavenly Recordings labelmates Temples.

On their Crab In Honey EP, Fever The Ghost delivered an expertly-crafted collection of interstellar pop with surprises lurking around every corner. Clocking in just under 20 minutes, Crab in Honey managed to pack in the ideas covering a wide range of sonic terrain, while never drifting too far from their melodic center. Easy to get into with inviting hooks, Crab In Honey is the kind of work that grows more complex and deep with each successive listen. Genuinely weird and weirdly accessable.
